If you are acting on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that your engagement with Growth Insurance Group does not violate your organization’s internal policies. In this case, references to “you” and “your” apply to that business or organization.

Growth Insurance Group provides insurance and financial services strictly for client consultation, policy management, and related support. Services are offered solely for personal or organizational use and may not be resold or transferred.

We may communicate with you by phone, SMS, email, or other agreed methods for purposes such as:

• Product consultations
   
• Appointment reminders
   
• Policy management
   
• Service-related updates
   

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the personal information you provide.

Growth Insurance Group is committed to protecting your information. We:

• Do not sell, rent, or share client data with any third-party entities for marketing or unrelated purposes.

You agree to:
